Since 2010, the Application Leads Call Center has been providing  FHA  Lenders a myriad of customized inbound and outbound call center solutions.

Our History

The Application Leads FHA Call Center was established at The FHA Home Loan Center in 2008 by Kevin Hanlon, director of technical services and the FHA Home Loan information desk. The center was established as a professional borrowers contact center providing services for FHA Home Mortgage Products.

 Our reputation grew as a 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year, quality lenders connection, serving both the borrower community and Lending Institutions. The Call Center was increasingly in demand for additional mortgage queries, which led to the development of our 24 hour answering service in November 2011.

 Currently, the Application Leads FHA Home Loan Call Center has 11 (and growing) professional, well-trained call center associates, all committed to successful borrower and financial lender's  services.
